Amends North Dakota Century Code section 14-02.4-03 to require employers to make reasonable accommodations for pregnant individuals, treating pregnancy as a basis for reasonable accommodation similar to physical or mental disability.

Specifies that employers are not required to provide accommodations that would disrupt normal business operations, threaten health or safety, contradict business necessity, or impose undue hardship.

Requires employers to consider business size, type, financial resources, and estimated cost and extent of accommodation when determining if providing reasonable accommodation would cause undue hardship.
