Declares March 5, 2015, as "Canada Day in North Dakota" to recognize the partnership and friendship between the United States and Canada.

Notes that Canada is the largest trade partner of the United States and that North Dakota sells more goods to Canada than all other countries combined.

Recognizes that over one million Canadian visitors annually contribute $280 million to the North Dakota economy.

Highlights that the International Peace Garden has symbolized the friendship between the two nations since 1932, sharing the world's longest unfortified border.

Directs the Secretary of State to forward a copy of the resolution to the Consulate General of Canada.
