Study should examine financial and environmental costs of plastic driver's licenses and security capabilities of digital alternatives.

Resolution notes that other states have already authorized digital driver's license options that should be considered for North Dakota.

Legislative Management must report findings, recommendations, and any required implementing legislation to the Sixty-fifth Legislative Assembly.
