Directs the Legislative Management to conduct a study on election administration in North Dakota

Study must review the state's voting systems and compare North Dakota's election administration with ideal characteristics of election systems

Study must analyze methods to protect ballot integrity, ensure ballot access for qualified electors, provide ease of operation and management of election systems, and guarantee accurate and verifiable election information

Study must consider the feasibility of implementing voter registration through the central voter file using verifiable information to determine voter eligibility

Legislative Management must report findings, recommendations, and any required legislation to the Sixty-fifth Legislative Assembly
