Appropriates $4,351,715 from the general fund to the Office of the Governor for the 2015-17 biennium, including $3,861,549 for salaries and wages and $404,366 for operating expenses.

Maintains 18 full-time equivalent positions in the Governor's Office with $320,564 in salary enhancements and $65,000 in one-time transition funding.

Increases the Governor's annual salary to $129,091 effective July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2016, and to $132,964 thereafter.

Increases the Lieutenant Governor's annual salary to $100,215 effective July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2016, and to $103,221 thereafter.

Requires the Governor's Office to report to the Legislature on any federal or other funds received and their intended use, and mandates a report on one-time funding use to the 65th Legislative Assembly.
