Appropriates $2,949,593 in total funds to the North Dakota Department of Labor and Human Rights for the biennium July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2017, with $2,511,761 from the general fund.

Increases salaries and wages by $544,492 and authorizes 2 additional full-time equivalent positions, bringing the total from 13.00 to 15.00 FTE positions.

Allocates $76,135 in one-time funding for the 2015-17 biennium: $20,000 for overtime and $56,135 for a paperless system.

Declares $10,000 in emergency funding for extraordinary repairs in the operating expenses line item.

Requires the Department of Labor and Human Rights to report to the appropriations committees of the sixty-fifth legislative assembly on use of the one-time funding.
