Appropriates $24,866,940 in total funds ($21,342,039 from general fund) to the North Dakota State Historical Society for the 2015-17 biennium, including increases of $2,670,279 for salaries and wages and $2,750,569 for capital assets.

Increases the agency's full-time equivalent positions from 68 to 78 positions (10 new positions).

Allocates $3,464,650 in one-time funding for 2015-17 projects including $1,500,000 for Dakota the dinosaur exhibit, $1,025,000 for Fort Totten and Stutsman repairs, and $300,000 for traveling exhibits.

Appropriates $250,000 from general fund and $2,000,000 from state disaster relief fund for Double Ditch historic site repairs, with authorization for up to $1,250,000 loan from Bank of North Dakota if needed.

Designates $75,000 ($25,000 general fund, $50,000 other funds) for Whitestone Hill Native Memorial and declares capital assets projects and Double Ditch repairs as emergency measures.
