Amends section 15.1-21-02.5 of the North Dakota Century Code to modify eligibility requirements for the North Dakota academic scholarship for high school graduates and home education students.

Requires completion of specified coursework including 4 units of English language arts, 3 units of mathematics (including Algebra II), 3 units of science, 3 units of social studies, and 1 unit of physical education or health.

Requires 2 units from foreign languages, Native American languages, American Sign Language, or career and technical education, plus 1 additional unit from these subjects or fine arts.

Requires cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and a composite ACT score of at least 24, with minimum grade of "C" in each unit.

Allows students to fulfill one unit requirement through advanced placement courses, early entrance postsecondary programs, or one-half unit requirements through dual-credit courses.
