Amends North Dakota Century Code section 23-34-01 to expand the definition of "health care organization" to include pharmacists and pharmacies as entities covered under medical peer review protections

Adds "any federally designated state peer review organization" to the list of entities qualifying as health care organizations for purposes of peer review confidentiality

Defines "peer review records" to include data, reports, documents, findings, communications, and other materials generated during professional peer review activities, excluding original patient source documents

Specifies that professional peer review encompasses procedures to evaluate and improve health care quality, establish medical care guidelines, identify medical error trends using standardized incident reporting systems, and provide quality assurance
