Amends North Dakota Century Code to clarify that naturopaths may prescribe prescription drugs only if listed in a naturopathic formulary established by a board subcommittee composed of a doctor of medicine or osteopathy, a naturopath, a pharmacist, and an advanced practice registered nurse.

Excludes drugs classified in schedules I through IV of chapter 19-03.1 from the naturopathic formulary, except for endogenous anabolic androgenic steroids.

Creates new section 43-58-11 establishing requirements for naturopaths to practice naturopathic childbirth attendance, including completion of a three-year certified professional midwifery curriculum, passage of a national standardized midwifery examination, and board certification for specialty practice.

Specifies that naturopaths may perform minor office procedures and prohibits naturopaths from holding out to the public as primary care providers.

Directs the State Board of Integrative Health Care to adopt rules setting forth additional requirements for naturopath certification in specialty practice of naturopathic childbirth attendance.
