• Appropriates $500,000 from the general fund to the attorney general for grants to organizations providing human trafficking victim prevention and treatment services in non-oil-producing counties through June 30, 2017.

• Allocates $750,000 from oil and gas impact grant funds to organizations providing human trafficking victim services in hub cities located in oil-producing counties through June 30, 2017.

• Amends the assets forfeiture fund statute to allow deposits related to human trafficking to be appropriated as a standing and continuing appropriation for grants to organizations providing prevention and treatment services for human trafficking victims.

• Requires grant-receiving organizations to report to the attorney general and the appropriations committees on fund usage and program outcomes, with the attorney general reporting to legislative management during the 2015-16 interim.
