Amends section 19-01-10 to allow state crime laboratory reports to be electronically posted on the crime laboratory information management system and certified by authorized law enforcement officers or individuals with criminal justice data information sharing system access, in addition to traditional certified copies.

Modifies the evidentiary standard so that electronically posted and certified crime laboratory reports are accepted as prima facie evidence in court proceedings, equivalent to traditionally signed certified copies.

Amends section 19-03.1-37 to allow certified copies of analytical reports to be electronically posted by the crime laboratory director or designee on the crime laboratory information management system and certified by authorized law enforcement officers, rather than requiring signed documents.

Maintains that electronically certified analytical reports in drug-related prosecutions (chapters 19-03.1, 19-03.2, and 19-03.4) must be accepted as prima facie evidence of analytical findings.
