Creates new section in North Dakota Century Code chapter 51-07 requiring manufacturers of outdoor power equipment to provide retailers reasonable compensation for authorized warranty work, including diagnostics, repairs, parts, and labor.

Defines "manufacturer" as a person manufacturing or assembling outdoor power equipment and selling it directly or through distributors to retailers, and "outdoor power equipment" as light industrial and hand-held power lawn and garden equipment, power snow removal equipment, and their small engines and power sources.

Requires time allowances for diagnostic and warranty work to be adequate for the work performed.

Mandates hourly labor rates paid by manufacturers to retailers for warranty services must equal or exceed the rates retailers charge nonwarranty customers for similar nonwarranty service.

Requires manufacturer reimbursement for warranty repair parts to equal the retailer's cost to acquire the parts plus a handling allowance of at least twenty percent of the acquisition cost.
