Creates a tribal veterans' advisory commission composed of five enrolled tribal members, one selected by the chairman of each of North Dakota's five federally recognized tribes: Standing Rock Sioux, Spirit Lake Sioux, Three Affiliated Tribes of Fort Berthold, Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians, and Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate.

Requires all commission members to be veterans as defined in section 37-01-40 of North Dakota Century Code.

Commission shall meet at least twice per year, with a chairman elected annually by majority vote of members at the first meeting of each fiscal year.

Commission shall advise state agencies and programs on issues related to tribal veterans.

Members receive $100 per day compensation plus mileage and expense reimbursement as allowed to other state employees, with the department of veterans' affairs providing administrative and staffing support.
