Amends section 54-55-01 of the North Dakota Century Code to clarify membership composition of the Commission on Uniform State Laws.

Explicitly authorizes the attorney general to appoint a member of the commission, with that member's term limited to the duration of the appointing attorney general's term.

Specifies that commissioners first appointed after July 21, 2011, must be state residents and serve four-year terms commencing on the first day of September following each presidential election.

Designates that legislative assembly members and the legislative council member must be appointed by legislative management and the legislative management chairman respectively.
