Tax commissioner may issue multiple brewer taproom licenses to breweries producing no more than 25,000 barrels of malt beverages annually, with production required at each licensed location.

Each brewer taproom license costs $500 annually and replaces all other state license fees required under the title.

All retail license provisions apply to brewer taproom licenses unless explicitly inconsistent with this section.

Brewer may hold multiple taproom licenses but cannot have ownership interest in, or serve as officer, director, agent, or employee of any other manufacturer, brewer, importer, wholesaler, retailer, or their affiliates.
