Amends North Dakota Century Code section 43-09-16 to expand exemptions from electrician licensure requirements.

Adds new exemption for oil and gas exploration and production operators performing electrical work on their own equipment with supply voltage not exceeding 24 volts, provided they receive proper safety training and equipment-specific electrical training.

Maintains existing exemptions for public utility employees, telephone and radio communication system employees, household appliance dealer employees, and manufacturing representatives working on industrial machinery under professional engineer direction.
