Appropriates $4,007,758 from the general fund to the office of the governor for the biennium July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019, including salaries and wages of $3,422,574, operating expenses of $298,456, contingencies of $10,000, rough rider awards of $10,800, and governor's salary of $265,928.

Maintains 18 full-time equivalent positions in the governor's office with health insurance premium increases from $1,130 to $1,241 per month totaling $46,457.

Eliminates one-time funding items from the previous biennium, including $65,000 for governor's transition and $45,200 for desktop hardware.

Authorizes the governor's office to receive and report to legislative management any additional federal or other funds, which must be used for their intended purpose or transferred to appropriate state agencies.

Requires the governor to accept the full salary amount authorized under state law; any unaccepted salary funding must be canceled at the end of the biennium.
