Appropriates $4,026,853 from the general fund to the office of the governor for the 2017-19 biennium, with reductions of $67,706 from base level funding.

Sets governor's annual salary at $132,964 through June 30, 2018, and $134,294 thereafter (up from $129,091 through June 30, 2016).

Sets lieutenant governor's annual salary at $103,221 through June 30, 2018, and $104,253 thereafter (up from $100,215 through June 30, 2016).

Authorizes 18 full-time equivalent positions for the governor's office with funding for salaries and wages of $3,707,597, operating expenses of $298,456, and contingencies of $10,000.

Allows the governor's office to retain any additional income from federal or other funds that become available during the 2017-19 biennium.
