Appropriates $12,735,041 in total funds to the State Auditor for the biennium July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019, consisting of $11,176,150 for salaries and wages, $1,108,891 for operating expenses, and $450,000 for information technology consultants.

General fund appropriation of $9,108,071 after deducting estimated income of $3,626,970 from federal funds and other sources.

Authorizes 53.80 full-time equivalent positions, a reduction of 6.00 positions from the base level.

Sets State Auditor annual salary at $105,770 through June 30, 2018, and $106,828 thereafter, replacing the previous salary of $102,689.
