Amends subsection 7 of section 44-04-18.4 of the North Dakota Century Code regarding public records exemptions.

Makes records related to cyber threats exempt from public disclosure when received by the state department of emergency services or state local intelligence center.

Applies exemption to records received from federal government, public agencies, or private entities for disaster mitigation, preparation, response, recovery, or cyber threat purposes.

Exemption applies unless records are made confidential under subsection 1 of the same statute.
