Updates the definition of "Pasteurized Milk Ordinance" in North Dakota Century Code from the 2013 revision to the 2015 revision of the Grade "A" Pasteurized Ordinance issued by the FDA and USDA Public Health Service.

Changes the reference for milk sanitation rating procedures from the 2013 revision to the 2015 revision of "Methods of Making Sanitation Ratings of Milk Shippers" published by the Public Health Service and FDA.

Updates milk laboratory evaluation standards to reference the 2015 edition instead of 2013 edition of "Evaluation of Milk Laboratories" published by the Public Health Service and FDA.

Requires dairy producers, processors, and manufacturers to comply with the updated Pasteurized Milk Ordinance and follow the 2015 revision of "Procedures Governing the Cooperative State-Public Health Service Food and Drug Administration Program of the National Conference on Interstate Milk Shipments."

Passed the House 91-0 and Senate 45-0 with bipartisan support.
