Amends North Dakota Century Code to define "medical marijuana" as cannabis plant parts, seeds, resin, and derivatives used as physician-recommended medicine or herbal therapy, excluding FDA-approved drug products.

Prohibits the Workforce Safety and Insurance organization from paying benefits for medical marijuana as a covered treatment under workers' compensation.

Prohibits payment of wage loss benefits if the wage loss is related to the use or presence of medical marijuana.

Clarifies that the organization cannot pay for various non-medical items including personal hygiene products, non-orthopedic clothing, most furniture, vitamins, weight loss aids, gym memberships, and massage services unless specifically ordered.

Applies all provisions to all claims regardless of injury date.
