Expands indecent exposure offense under North Dakota law to include exposure by unsolicited electronic means and exposure by any electronic means to a minor, both class A misdemeanors.

Elevates indecent exposure violations to class C felony if committed after a previous conviction for indecent exposure or surreptitious intrusion, after previous sexual offense registration requirement, or if victim is a minor.

Increases penalty to class B felony for indecent exposure violations occurring within fifty feet of school property if defendant has prior conviction or registration requirement.

Expands "sexual conduct" definition in child sexual abuse statute to include nude or partially denuded figures depicted for sexual stimulation and physical contact with genitals, pubic area, buttocks, or breasts, regardless of minor's knowledge.
