Amends North Dakota Century Code section 46-04-05 to require county boards of commissioners to furnish copies of session laws, codes, and compilations to county officers upon request.

County officers eligible to receive copies are the auditor, state's attorney, ex officio clerk of court, and sheriff.

When county offices are legally combined, only one copy of session laws and codes must be furnished for the combined offices.

All codifications and copies of session laws remain permanent property of the county.
