• Updates baseline funding calculations and per-pupil funding amounts for school districts for 2017-18 and 2018-19 school years, with minimum floor of 108 percent of baseline funding and maximum ceiling of 140 percent.

• Legislative management shall study kindergarten through grade twelve professional development services, distance curriculum, and technology support services across entities, focusing on funding, governance, duplication, and potential consolidation efficiencies.
