Establishes a silver alert notice system in North Dakota to broadcast urgent bulletins for missing disabled adults, vulnerable elderly adults, and minors with developmental disabilities.

System shall be activated using the emergency alert system to air descriptions of missing individuals and aid in their location.

Superintendent shall establish the system in cooperation with the bureau of criminal investigation and the division of state radio of the department of emergency services.

Applies to individuals reported missing to law enforcement and defined as disabled adults or vulnerable elderly adults under section 12.1-31-07, or minors with developmental disabilities under section 25-01.2-01.

Passed with overwhelming support: 88-4 in the House and 47-0 in the Senate.
