Creates a licensure grandfathering provision allowing individuals employed as of December 31, 2015, to perform medical imaging or radiation therapy procedures to obtain licenses without meeting standard certification requirements.

Replaces "certification organization" requirements with "registration organization" standards throughout the licensing and disciplinary framework for medical imaging and radiation therapy professionals.

Modifies license requirements to eliminate the high school completion/equivalency test requirement and instead require current registration with a registration organization.

Updates the definition of "licensed practitioner" to include physician assistants and advanced practice registered nurses in addition to existing categories.

Revises the board's powers to include consultation with medical imaging organizations, licensees, and the hospital association when adopting rules.
