• Maintains existing contribution reporting thresholds of $200 for candidates and most committees, $100 for measure committees and initiative/referendum efforts, and $500 for supplemental statements filed within 39 days before elections.

• Updates contribution statement forms across multiple sections of North Dakota Century Code to consistently include whether contributions were monetary, in-kind, or combined.

• Requires supplemental statements for large contributions received near elections to include the contribution type designation in the same format as regular statements.
