Legislative management shall study statements of interests during the 2017-18 interim, examining their purpose, content, and required forms

Study must evaluate appropriate financial interests, necessary content, and whether supplementary statements or updates of information are needed

Study must determine which individuals are currently required to file statements of interest and which individuals should be filing them

Study must review filing deadlines and analyze how long records should be retained

Legislative management shall report findings, recommendations, and any necessary implementing legislation to the sixty-sixth legislative assembly
