Makes being knowingly armed with firearms, dangerous weapons, or destructive devices while engaging in a riot a class CB felony offense.

Establishes disobedience of reasonable public safety orders during a riot (to move, disperse, or refrain from activities) as a class BA misdemeanor offense.
