Amends North Dakota Century Code section 54-35-02.8 to establish requirements for the legislative ethics committee appointed by legislative management during each biennium.

Requires the ethics committee to include members from both the majority and minority parties of each house.

Authorizes the committee to recommend legislation relating to legislative ethics and to consider or prepare a legislative code of ethics.

Committee shall operate according to laws and procedures governing other legislative management interim committees.
