Appropriates $26,120,308 total ($26,050,308 general fund, $70,000 special funds) for legislative branch expenses for fiscal period ending June 30, 2019

Increases employee health insurance premiums from $1,130 to $1,241 per month, with total general fund allocation of $449,337

Creates legislative revenue advisory committee consisting of majority and minority leaders from both chambers, appropriations committee chairs, and two additional members appointed by majority leaders to monitor revenues, review forecasts, and assess agency service efficiency

Authorizes director of office of management and budget and state treasurer to transfer funds between legislative appropriation line items upon request from legislative management chairman or legislative council director

Directs legislative management to study information technology department services and state fleet services during 2017-18 interim and report findings to the sixty-sixth legislative assembly
