Amends section 37-17.3-02.2 of the North Dakota Century Code to add the North Dakota Indian affairs commission executive director (or designee) as a member of the statewide interoperability executive committee.

Expands committee membership from 12 to 13 members to include tribal representation in statewide emergency communications coordination.

Passed the Senate 46-0 with 1 absent and the House 85-7 with 2 absent during the 2017 regular legislative session.
