Amends North Dakota Century Code section 23-34-01 to expand the definition of "health care organization" to include state-designated multi-disciplinary peer review entities that evaluate controlled substance practices in referred cases.

Replaces the term "person" with "individual" throughout the definitions section relating to health care providers and peer review records.

Maintains existing definitions for peer review organizations, peer review records, and professional peer review activities including quality improvement, data collection, and medical error trend analysis.

Passed unanimously in both chambers: Senate Vote 46-0-1, House Vote 92-0-2.
