Amends high school science graduation requirements from three units "including" specific subjects to two alternative pathways: either biology, chemistry, and physics OR biology, physical science, and one or two half units of any other science.

Applies the same two pathway science requirement structure to scholarship eligibility under sections 15.1-21-02.4 and 15.1-21-02.5 of North Dakota Century Code.
