Adds a new subsection to section 27-20-51 of the North Dakota Century Code permitting judges and juvenile court staff to disclose information to provide victim services or benefits under chapter 12.1-41.

Allows disclosure of information to refer juveniles who may be victims of human trafficking to state-approved runaway and homeless youth programs.

Requires all information disclosed under this provision to remain confidential.
