Amends subsection 1 of section 54-59-39 of the North Dakota Century Code to modify information collection authority for the Information Technology Department.

Authorizes the Information Technology Department to request from state agencies all information required by 20 U.S.C. 9871(e)(2)(D) and other educational information determined necessary by the statewide longitudinal data system committee.

Permits collection of unemployment insurance wage data from Job Service North Dakota for education and workforce development program evaluations.

Restricts the Information Technology Department from redisclosing any data identifying an individual unless expressly permitted by written agreement with Job Service North Dakota or otherwise expressly permitted or required by federal or state law.
