Amends North Dakota Century Code section 48-01.2-23 to modify bonding requirements for agency construction managers and construction managers at-risk on public improvement projects.

Clarifies that under an agency construction manager delivery method, each contractor performing services must provide a separate bond for the contractor's portion of the public improvement.

Under a construction manager at-risk delivery method, prohibits the governing body from requiring each contractor to provide a separate bond for the contractor's portion of the public improvement.

Maintains bond amount for construction managers at-risk equal to the guaranteed maximum price, with interest requirements and payment provisions for bills and claims not paid within 90 days.
