Prohibits any person from being afield with a gun, firearm, bow and arrow, or airbow while intoxicated or under the influence of alcoholic beverages or drugs.

Voids the hunting license of any person convicted of hunting while intoxicated; subsequent offenses result in two-year ineligibility for a hunting license in North Dakota.

Authorizes use of crossbows and airbows during deer gun seasons if the individual possesses an appropriate deer gun license.

Permits individuals who are blind, paraplegic, or have lost the use of one or both arms to obtain special permits to hunt game with a crossbow or airbow, with restrictions on blind hunters to approved preserves or areas.

Establishes implied consent for chemical testing of blood, breath, or urine for individuals afield with hunting weapons; refusal to submit to testing results in up to four-year revocation of hunting privileges.
