Changes bank director residency requirement from "majority" to "at least two-thirds" must be residents/citizens of North Dakota or the United States in section 6-03-02.

Changes bank director citizenship requirement from "majority" to "at least two-thirds" must be citizens of the United States in section 6-05-06.

Applies to boards of directors consisting of not less than three nor more than twenty-five members.

Passed the Senate 35-12 and the House 89-3 during the 2017 regular session.
