Amends North Dakota Century Code section 12.1-17-11 to make it an offense to cause blood, emesis, excrement, mucus, saliva, semen, vaginal fluid, or urine to come in contact with specified individuals and professionals.

Expands protected categories to include health care facility employees and contractors acting within the scope of employment, unless the contact is required or caused by their employment duties.

Adds protection for emergency responders including licensed medical services providers, law enforcement officers, firefighters, emergency medical technicians, emergency nurses, ambulance operators, and civil defense providers when present at a health care facility.

Defines "health care facility" to include hospitals, clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, laboratories, and offices of medical professionals licensed under North Dakota title 43, as well as waiting rooms, hallways, and mobile or temporary facilities.
