Amends professional land surveyor registration requirements to allow certification as a land surveyor via a land surveyor intern certificate plus four years of additional surveying experience and passing a board-approved examination, in addition to existing pathways.

Creates new section 43-19.1-16.2 establishing four qualification pathways for land surveyor intern certification: baccalaureate degree in land surveying; baccalaureate in another field with land surveying training plus two years experience; associate degree in land surveying plus two years experience; or land surveying certificate plus four years experience.

Requires all applicants for land surveyor intern certification to pass a board-approved written examination on fundamentals of mathematics and basic principles of land surveying.

Provides transitional period allowing applicants before July 1, 2026 to qualify under either old or new requirements; after June 30, 2026, all new applicants must meet the requirements of new section 43-19.1-16.2.

Repeals existing section 43-19.1-16.1 effective July 1, 2026.
