Amends fishhouse identification requirements to allow owners to display either a department registration number or their name, address, and telephone number on unoccupied units in readily distinguishable characters at least three inches high.

Prohibits the department from issuing fishhouse registration numbers unless the division of state radio has integrated game and fish department license information into the national law enforcement telecommunications system.

Unoccupied fishhouses or dark houses left on ice without proper identification may be removed or destroyed by the department.

Requires persons using snares for taking coyotes to permanently affix a metal or plastic tag displaying either the department registration number or the person's name, address, and telephone number to each snare being used.
