Amends North Dakota Century Code section 20.1-04-15 to modify the pheasant season opening date restrictions.

Pheasant and duck seasons may not commence on the same weekend.

Pheasant season may not open earlier than one-half hour before sunrise and must commence no earlier than the first Saturday of October and no later than October twelfth of any given year.

The governor may provide a separate pheasant hunting season for youth through gubernatorial proclamation.
