Designates specific employee positions for the Senate and House of the Sixty-fifth Legislative Assembly with daily wage rates ranging from $115 to $196 per day.

Provides an additional $1 per day for each previous regular legislative session during which an employee worked at least 45 days, up to a maximum of $10 per day.

Allows majority and minority leaders to hire one administrative assistant and two staff assistants, with flexibility to hire fewer or more staff provided total daily compensation does not exceed authorized amounts.

Permits positions to be converted to part-time with hourly pay rates approved by the Employment Committee, and allows part-time employees to hold multiple positions without exceeding full-time equivalent status.

Ensures employees are paid for recess days and days when required to attend committee hearings or other legislative business, with compensation ceasing upon termination of employment.
