Designates May 15, 2017, as "Peace Officers Memorial Day" in North Dakota to honor federal, tribal, state, and local officers killed or disabled in the line of duty.

Commemorates two North Dakota peace officers who died in the line of duty: Jason Moszer (Fargo Police Department, February 11, 2016) and Colt Allery (Rolette County Sheriff's Office, January 18, 2017).

Requires the State of North Dakota to honor "Peace Officers Memorial Day" annually with a blue light display on the State Capitol grounds.

Directs the Secretary of State to forward copies of the resolution to the Attorney General, North Dakota Peace Officers Association, North Dakota Sheriff's and Deputies Association, Chiefs of Police Association of North Dakota, and the North Dakota Fraternal Order of Police.
