Amends three sections of the North Dakota Century Code to replace all references to the "No Child Left Behind Act of 2001" with the "Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015" (20 U.S.C. 6301 et seq.)

Requires the superintendent of public instruction to provide legislative committees with specific language and citations from the Every Student Succeeds Act when bills under consideration contain provisions required by that federal law

Mandates the superintendent present proposed changes to the state accountability plan to a legislative interim committee for review, testimony, and recommendations before submitting to the U.S. Secretary of Education

Protects school boards' right to reimburse teachers for continuing education costs related to the Every Student Succeeds Act and prohibits contractual restrictions on that reimbursement right
