Amends North Dakota Century Code section 16.1-08.1-03.1 to change campaign finance disclosure requirements for measure committees that receive contributions from any contributor (removing the "out-of-state" limitation).

Requires disclosure of information for each subcontributor who states their contribution is specifically for furthering passage or defeat of a ballot measure.

Mandates disclosure of subcontributors who contributed in excess of $100, including their names, mailing addresses, and contribution amounts.

Requires disclosure of occupation, employer, and the employer's principal place of business for each disclosed subcontributor.
