Office of administrative hearings shall track time elapsed between receipt of file from workforce safety and insurance and the administrative law judge's decision, calculating a rolling six-month average monthly.

Office of administrative hearings shall adopt case processing standards and policies with a goal of issuing decisions within an average of 215 days or less per case from the date of file receipt.

For consolidated files, the date of the last assigned file serves as the assignment date for all consolidated files.

Office of administrative hearings and workforce safety and insurance shall jointly report statistical information on case processing results to legislative management and the state advisory council each quarter, including the tracking information required above.
